Join Bottle & Bottega for a BYOB event - start by receiving a shiatsu massage demo from Kate Rice, LMT (6:30-7pm), and paint a zen-like image of your own with guidance from an instructor (7-9pm). Shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork done clothed that utilizes thumb pressure, palm pressure and stretches to promote health and relaxation. $40 ticket covers all: paint supplies, apron, 16x20 canvas you take home, and instruction.
