The Programme gives Participants the opportunity to develop their assertiveness skills.
Anyone who needs to be more assertive. (The Programme is more effective if Participants are from the same management/staff level within the organisation)

Programme Outline
Participants will learn the unique behaviours and process associated with being more assertive. This is a lively workshop with plenty of opportunity to practise the key leaning points. The Programme uses tutorial input together with delegate suggestions and ideas to create a dynamic and pragmatic learning environment.
