- Developed a structured approach to project management for an already successful UK food retailer. Ran workshops that challenged perceived blockers and capitalised on existing talent. Enabled and empowered people to be more assertive and effective.

- Designed and delivered scenario-based project training for motor, components, leisure and retail companies and a range of small/medium businesses.
Graduate onboarding
- Designed high impact personal coaching programme for new graduates for an energy company. Enabled speedier on-boarding and effectiveness in the workplace and encouraged professional behaviours.
Systems and IT user training
- Designed and delivered user training including CRM, e-recruitment and SAP in readiness for launch of Shared Services model. Recruited and trained superusers in best practice
- Re-designed customer training and support for a CRM software company. Increased revenue earning potential from existing clients.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Identified training needs and plans for managers and staff, Critical to recruit and retain people with knowledge of leading edge technologies and able to operate in environment of continuous change and pressure.
Train the trainer (TTT)
- Designed and delivered TTT for new in house designers and trainers of a transport company. Facilitated in house team launch training to help operational line managers manage attendance and discipline as part of a programme aimed at reducing daily costs.
