This Programme develops the skills required of a manager or team leader as a Trainer and as a Leader The Programme discusses the importance of identifying and working with individual learning styles and how this impacts on the effectiveness of an individual’s learning ability. The benefits of delegation are also discussed together with the development of a ‘best-practice’ document to assist individuals with future delegation opportunities

Suitable for Team Leaders and Managers who are expected to train others as a regular part of their role as well as those who are required to regularly delegate parts of their job
